Here you are in college. How’s that working out for you? Consider your educational experience to this point. What are your impressions of education? What do you seek to gain from education? Have you enjoyed your educational experience through high school? Why or why not? Please end your blog with at least one good critical question (refer to "How to Develop a Critical Question")
When I ended my senior year of High school I was ready to explore the adult world. I was accepted to a school I was, so I thought, ready to attend, knowing that this was my path and where I should be. Four months later I realized that the impact of a house, bills, a new job, and 15 units later, it was too much for me. The pressures of life got the best of me and I made the decision to take a step back and make sure that the money I spend on education is worth my time and dedication to be there. It is now my 5th semester here at Sierra College and I am better then ever. I have had so many experiences, and learned so many things that are not only helpful in my major but life in general. The moment I got back to my home town I realized that education is vital and the only way to get through that is to enjoy it! I seek to gain not only an education but a lifestyle where I am happy doing what I love and knowing that I gained that all from my education would be so gratifying. High school, at the time, was tough for many reasons and I thought however could I survive college?! I honestly, now, would not want to go back. College is the time to grow, explore, and gain all those life skills people talk about. It is the time to be ME!! Under what conditions should I exemplify these skills in order to progress to the next level in my life?
Rationalism- reason above faith.
